Recipes read the Flagship models "### Standard pricing data" table, short-context columns. The section pins that heading and the column header "Model | Short context input | Short context cached input | Short context cache writes | Short context output", so a column reorder or insertion fails loudly instead of shifting fields (these rows have a numeric cache-writes cell that a shifted pattern would read as output). section_end "^[^|\n]" ends the section at the first line that is not a table row, so Batch, Flex, Fast and Ultrafast stay out. Anchors end the model name at a " | " cell boundary, so gpt-6-astra and gpt-6.1-sol cannot match gpt-6-sol.

OpenAI's rate card prices this model by context length: the tracked figure is the short-context tier, and prompts over 272K input tokens bill at the long-context tier of $0.20 input / $0.02 cached input / $0.25 cache write / $0.75 output per 1M — 2x input and cache rates and 1.5x output, applied to the full request. Short-context cache writes bill at $0.125 per 1M. Regional (data-residency) endpoints carry a 10% uplift, and EU data residency is available only with Standard processing.
