2026-06-25 hand baseline copied Cohere's legacy 'Command' FAQ row ($1/$2) onto Command A; the Cohere API surface lists $2.50/$10 (verified against LiteLLM current 2026-07-04; Vercel AI Gateway pass-through matches). Data correction, not a market move; supersedes the wrong baseline and carried-forward span.

Fetch the HTML model card with accept: text/html. Fern serves the .md twin (finalUrl command-a.md) whenever Accept lists text/markdown or text/plain, at any q-value (checked 2026-10-08), and the engine default Accept lists both. The .md twin omits the ModelShowcase card (Pricing, Specifications, API Endpoints). The raw HTML also embeds the page MDX in the Copy page markdown prop, where <ModelShowcase> holds id: 'command-a-03-2025' and pricing: { input: 2.50, output: 10.0 }. That agrees with the card, but it is HTML- and JSON-escaped and states no unit, so the recipe reads the visible card, which prints '/ 1M tokens'. Do not add text/markdown or text/plain to the header.

Cohere's list price for Command A, read 2026-08-22 on the first-party model card at docs.cohere.com/docs/command-a: Input $2.5 / 1M tokens, Output $10 / 1M tokens, printed beside the 256,000-token context window and the model ID command-a-03-2025 that this row carries. We cite that page rather than cohere.com/pricing because Cohere's public rate card no longer prices Command A at all: with all four of its tabs opened, the "Generative models" tab prices only Command A+ ($0 / Free under Apache 2.0 — a different, open-weights SKU), Command R ($0.15 / $0.60) and Command R7B ($0.0375 / $0.15). The rate card's legacy "For existing customers" block does print $2.50/$10, but for Command R+ 08-2024 — the same two figures as this row, which is a coincidence and not a source for it. Command A itself is current, not withdrawn: docs.cohere.com/docs/models lists command-a-03-2025 with status Live.
